HOW IS THE COST FOR EACH EVENT DETERMINED?

WHAT MAKES ENCORE VALET SERVICES DIFFERENT FROM OTHER COMPANIES?

At Encore Valet, your guests are VIP all the way.  No lines and No waiting outside.  Our operation is made efficient by our state of the art TEXT 4 UR CAR feature complemented by excellent customer service.  At Encore Valet we strive to provide the best valet experience by using the latest technology in valet operations today.  We offer additional services than any other valet in the GTA.  Instead of one, we offer a full set of reflective signs making it easier for the guests to recognize the valet location.  We use radio and mobile apps communication real time for faster car retrieval between the valet and parking area.

DOES ENCORE VALET HAVE INSURANCE, AND WHAT DOES IT COVER?

Without a doubt, this is the most important question to ask when hiring a valet parking company. Encore Valet is fully insured with multiple liability insurance.


General Liability: Provides protection for damages for someone else’s property (i.e. Bodily Injury and Property Damage Coverage).
Garage-keepers Liability: Provides protection for customer’s vehicle in which they have taken into their care, custody and control.
Worker’s Compensation: Workers’ Compensation insurance is business insurance that provides medical and disability coverage for employees who sustain job-related injuries.

We provide insurance certificate describing Encore’s Valet Parking insurance coverage for your peace of mind.

DO YOU NEED A PAID DUTY OFFICER FOR YOUR EVENT?

In some cases, yest it is required.  This is determined based on event location and use of public spaces in the city.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE EVENTS IN SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS?

The weather is not an issue to Encore Valet.  We are able to adapt our logistics even on severe weather conditions.  We have the equipment to walk your guests from the valet stand to the door.  Also, guests will enjoy the ultimate convenience of requesting their vehicle via text messaging from their mobile device by using our TEXT 4 UR CAR feature from anywhere within your venue.

OUR MODEL VS THE TRADITIONAL MODEL

Encore Valet uses a valet technology where paper ticket is not required anymore.  Today, most valet companies still rely on tickets when customer claims their vehicles when they are ready to depart.  This process has been the same for decades and is a lengthy process with limitations for example not having a real expectation of the cars arrival leading to long delays and long wait time.  Also if the guest loses the paper ticket, the logistics to match guest to their car become extremely difficult.  Our operations do not rely on hand written tickets for the obvious issues with human hand writing, interpretation and errors.
